After nearly 18 years of being known as Clarion Loss Prevention Ltd, or CLP, but trading as Clarion Security Systems, our company has updated its registered name to
Clarion Security Systems Ltd
The change of name took effect on the date of the issue of the altered certificate, on 14th January 2014.
Clarion retains the same company number, and is the same company as it was before the name change; no rights or liabilities of the company are affected.
The reason for change is self-evident, and will prevent confusion between the various names which have been used to date. Clarion Loss Prevention Ltd no longer accurately represented the business and its activity and we feel now that our business name is a much better fit.
