Supporting local people

Clarion is an integral part of the local community and gives preference to local residents for a range of jobs. Over 50% of our workforce has been employed for over five years. They offer a strong knowledge base and deliver a faster and more effective service to our clients. A low staff turnover has proven to be an added value to our customers who enjoy the benefit of dealing with familiar people who proudly put their name to a job and don’t hesitate to devote their personal energy to a task.

Supporting local businesses

Clarion also ensures that preference is given to a local business when sourcing goods or professional advice. Clarion works with several local professionals, from accounting to waste removal services, which have been identified through our open procurement system. It helps greatly when the biggest UK distributor of security equipment is within walking distance too!

Trainees and apprentices

Clarion has taken on numerous apprentices over the years and all of them live locally. We are proud to help support the next generation of security system installers.
