As the installation team and project teams are both steadily growing at Clarion, it was the right time to invite a young person to join and develop hands-on skills alongside the qualified staff.
With the help of SITO and MANCAT, we have arranged to bring on board Gary (who started yesterday!)
Enthusiasm, new ideas and fresh perspectives are important to Clarion and this is exactly what we are expecting to come from our new Apprentice.
Apprentices keep the business flexible, relevant, and their motivation has a positive impact on the team’s dynamics.
We are looking forward to taking on a second apprentice in the next few months and all has been put in place to make it a success.
