We recognise the importance of gathering our engineering team, who frequently spend the majority of their time in the field, in the same room to discuss a variety of topics and ensure that everyone’s voice is heard.
The engineering team meetings enable the team to discuss areas for improvement, future goals, and suggestions to ensure that our company continues to provide high-end security solutions to clients while also being a great place to work.
We discussed a variety of topics during this meeting, including the updated fleet, further training to ensure we continue to upskill the entire team, and new software solutions geared to boost productivity and efficiency.
The engineering team also made some excellent suggestions, which are now being applied throughout the company.
As a business, it’s essential that we listen to everyone to ensure that all voices are heard, and these suggestions, if relevant, are actioned.
