In early 2014 Clarion Security Systems embarked in an apprenticeship programme. We realised that our success would be much greater if we trained our own engineers . Whilst a long term approach, it is without doubt the most rewarding; done correctly the results can be seen far and wide. Now is the time for us to reap what we have sown and for giving a little time back to our training provider, Hopwoodhall College.
Award for our year 3 apprentice Aaron
We can proudly announce that our apprentice Aaron O’Neill has been nominated for an award at the College Awards Night in June.
This is a fantastic result for our company and a superb entry in Aaron’s CV. Comittment, determination and an excellent attitude have contributed to Aaron becoming a valuable member of the engineering team. Always looking at the “bigger picture”, beyond the low wages, the time in the class room and the stress of exams, Aaron has finally come to the end of his apprenticeship journey. All at Clarion want to wish him a massive WELL DONE.

Clarion Security Systems took part in the new National Apprenticeship week exhibition, at Hopwoodhall College, last week. Dave Hill, Project Manager, and Luke Kenyon, year two apprentice, gave some of their time to discuss security careers with visitors.
As the only security systems provider in attendance at Hopwoodhall College, we are even prouder to have given some of our time. Clarion has helped with next year’s intake whilst promoting the security industry to younger people. We are all firm believers in giving something back …
