Clarion invited Investors in People this month for re-assessement. Fourty five percent of our workforce, across all departments, were interviewed and several strengths were hightlighted in the final report:
- development of innnovation (technical systems, client approaches and training)
- commitment to skills development to enable retention of knowledge and development of skills
- commitment to quality and service levels
The IIP report reads: “The assessor was satisfied beyond any doubt that the organisation meets the requirements of the Investors in People Standard. It was clear the organisation was committed to people development and continuous improvement that that there was potential to develop initiatives further in line with organisational progression and development aims longer term.”
