Our client is a world leader in providing process solutions in the fields of powder and particle technology and blown film technology. They approached Clarion in July 2021 in order to upgrade their current CCTV system.
The customer contacted us because they wanted to replace their outdated analogue CCTV system with an HD IP CCTV system to give sharper pictures, improved security, and dependability, among other things.
After an extensive site visit, we provided a bespoke solution, along with detailed site designs and costings, which explained the solution fully and helped the customer meet their goals with a new HD IP CCTV System.
We knew that Hanwha cameras and technology would readily match the client’s needs while also delivering a cost-effective solution for this project. 32 HD, IP 5 megapixel cameras were strategically positioned throughout the customer’s site during the project to offer comprehensive coverage of critical locations the client wanted to watch. We also used CAT6e wiring throughout as the system’s backbone, this provides more bandwidth and better data transmission rates, allowing the client to view footage quicker than with typical analogue CCTV.
We recommend clients take out a comprehensive maintenance contract to protect their system and ensure that their investment continues to work for years to come. Our client understood the need to protect their investment and will receive the following:
- 1 x Preventative maintenance visit per annum.
- Telephone support to assist with minor training issues and basic problem-solving.
- Speedy priority service to ensure swift attendance.
- Temporary loan equipment (when available) whilst faulty equipment is being assessed.
- A remote diagnostic service (where technically feasible) allows a remote reset of the system.
